Please be aware that parking spaces at Westmount Place are common property assigned by the Board and may be subject to re-assignment when you sell your property.  If you have a lease it is in your name and expires when you no longer own property in Westmount Place.  Please check with the building manager to confirm the status of your parking stalls before listing your unit.
